Campbell County Sheriff’s search for stolen wood chipper
CAMPBELL COUNTY, Va. (WFXR) — The Campbell County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the community’s help in searching for a stolen commercial wood chipper on February 7.
Around 2 p.m. the chipper was allegedly taken from a business on Campbell Highway near the Lynchburg City line. During their investigation, deputies learned that a white Chevrolet truck was captured on surveillance video towing the chipper. It was last seen driving north on Campbell Highway.
Anyone who might have information regarding the incident or who may have seen the truck in the pictures below is asked to contact the Campbell County Sheriff’s Office at 434-332-9580 or Crime Stoppers at 888-798-5900. Deputies say anonymous tips can also be entered through the P3 mobile app.
